Return & Refund Policy

At House of Ruhira, every piece of jewellery is carefully checked and packed with love.
Since our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we follow a strict yet transparent return and refund policy to ensure fairness and trust.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Hygiene & Customization Reasons
All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, due to:
Hygiene and safety concerns related to jewellery.
Limited-stock and handcrafted nature of our pieces.
Possible misuse or wear before return.
We request you to double-check product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Product
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer an exchange or repair, provided:
You inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
You send a 360° uncut unboxing video.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and has all tags intact.
To report a damage: Email us at houseofruhira@gmail.com with your Order ID, photo/video proof, and a short note about the issue.
Once verified, our team will arrange for a replacement or repair.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative design.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
For prepaid orders, the refund (after deducting payment gateway fees) will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
4. Refund Method
For prepaid orders (Razorpay) — refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 working days after approval.
For partial advance COD orders — refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your UPI or bank account after verification.
Please note: Refunds will not apply for issues such as minor colour differences, texture variations, or design differences due to lighting or screen display — as our pieces are handcrafted and may have slight variations.
5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
If your parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address,
Multiple failed delivery attempts, or
Refusal to accept,
You will be responsible for reshipping charges. Refunds in such cases are not applicable.
6. International Orders (If applicable)
Currently, Ruhira primarily serves customers in India.
If you place an international order in the future, please note that customs duties or import taxes are not refundable by Ruhira.
