This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During new collection launches, festive seasons, or sales, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes.
Each product undergoes a strict quality check before packing.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post (depending on your pincode) to ensure reliable delivery across India.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with a tracking link.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Other cities/towns: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions beyond our control.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available on select pin codes.
A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm all COD orders.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash at delivery.
Orders without the advance payment may be cancelled automatically.
5. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999 (or any limit you choose).
A standard shipping fee may apply for orders below this value or for COD deliveries.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate.
Ruhira is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Packaging
Every piece is packed securely in a tamper-proof box or pouch with bubble wrap to avoid any damage during transit.
We take utmost care in presentation and protection.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeline, please contact us with your order ID.
In case of lost or undelivered shipments (verified by courier), Ruhira will offer a replacement or store credit.
We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, courier strikes, or force majeure events.
9. International Shipping (Optional Future Clause)
Currently, Ruhira ships only within India.
For international customers, please contact us via email before placing an order — we may arrange special shipping on request with applicable charges.
