Ruhira is an online jewellery brand offering handcrafted and curated imitation and fashion jewellery. Our store operates via our website, Instagram, and partner platforms like Myntra.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products & Pricing
All our product images are original, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
Ruhira reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram, or Myntra store.
We accept Razorpay for prepaid transactions and Cash on Delivery (COD) with a mandatory 50% advance payment.
Your order will be processed only after payment confirmation.
In case of payment failure or incorrect details, Ruhira reserves the right to cancel or delay the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.
Ruhira is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is sold.
Only damaged or defective products (received within 24 hours of delivery) are eligible for exchange after verification.
To report damage, please email us at ruhira.creations@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement decisions are made at our discretion after review.
7. Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
For prepaid orders, cancellation within 24 hours may be subject to transaction fees (as charged by the payment gateway).
8. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree to:

Not misuse, hack, or disrupt website operations.
Not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any product images, designs, or content without written permission from Ruhira.

Discounts, offers, or coupon codes are valid for limited periods only.
Ruhira reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that colours or materials will appear exactly as displayed.
